摘    要:根据实测的淬火介质冷却速度曲线推导了淬火冷却过程换热系数h值的数学表达式,研究了圆柱体工件内淬火过程中瞬变温度场的数学模型及其数值解.利用计算机计算淬火过程中工件内瞬变温度场,在实际生产中取得了满意的结果.

Abstract:The mathematical model of overall coefficient h in quenching cooling process on the basis of cooling rate curve of quenching medium available was introduced. The mathematical model and its numerical method of the temperature field of a cylinder part in the quenching process were studied. By means of computer, the instantaneous temperature field of the parts in the quenching process was controlled. The satisfying result is obtained in practical production.
