2000-2009年西昌市血吸虫病监测结果分析

目的为了系统、准确了解西昌市血吸虫病流行现状,掌握大山区血吸虫病流行动态、流行趋势和防治过程中疫情变化规律,为制定山区血吸虫病防治策略和评价防治效果提供科学依据。方法 2000-2009年每年春季开展钉螺调查,秋季开展人畜血吸虫病情调查,并开展化疗和灭螺等防治措施。结果血吸虫人群感染率从2000年的29.95%逐年下降,2009年未发现新病例;2000年耕牛感染率分别为6.67%,2002年以后年未发现病牛;钉螺面积从2000年的17500m2下降到2009年的4520m2;2000-2004年钉螺感染情况为0.07%0.29%之间波动,2005年以后未发现感染性钉螺。结论西昌市2000-2009年血吸虫疫情逐步得到控制。

Surveillance of Schistosomiasis in Xichang, 2000-2009

Objective To understand the schistosomiasis epidemic situation in Xichang and provide scientific evidence for revising the schistosomiasis control strategy and evaluate the control effect in high mountain area.Methods Oncomelania snail survey was conducted in every spring,and the surveys of schistosoma infection of human and livestock were conducted in every autumn.Chemotherapy was provided for people and livestock and snail control was carried out every year.Results The human infection rate declined from 29.95% in 2000 to 0% in 2009,the livestock infection rate declined from 6.67% in 2000 to 0% in 2009,the area with snail declined from 17 500 m^2 in 2000 to 4520 m^2 in 2009.No infected livestock had been found since 2002.The snail infection rate ranged from 0.07% to 0.29% during 2002-2004.No infected snail had been found since 2005.Conclusion The epidemic of schistosomiasis was under control step by step in Xichang from 2000 to 2009.
