部分边缘外肿瘤切除联合病灶内刮除术对股骨远端骨巨细胞瘤的疗效评价

目的 探讨部分边缘外肿瘤切除联合病灶内刮除术治疗股骨远端骨巨细胞瘤的疗效.方法 选取股骨远端骨巨细胞瘤患者60例,给予部分边缘外肿瘤切除联合病灶内刮除术治疗,术后2年内,对患者进行随访,观察记录复发情况,并参照Mankin评定标准对手术效果进行综合评定.结果 术后2年,仅出现1例复发,手术效果的综合优良率为81.67%.结论 部分边缘外肿瘤切除联合病灶内刮除术治疗股骨远端骨巨细胞瘤是有效的,其在清除肿瘤的基础上,最大程度地保存了关节功能,降低了术后复发率.

Clinical Efficacy of Partly Wide Resection Combined with Curettage for Giant Cell Tumor in Distal Femoral

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of partly wide resection combined with curettage for gaint cell tumor in distal femoral. Methods Selected 60 patients with giant cell tumors located in distal femoral. Partly wide resection com-bined with curettage was applied for all the patients. The patients were followed-up for 2 years. Observed and recorded the post-op-eration recurrence. Assessed the clinical efficacy by the assessment standard of Mankin. Results In the following 2 years,only 1 case recurred,the excellent and good rate was 81. 67 % based on comprehensive evaluation. Conclusion Partly wide resection combined with curettage is effective. Based on the removal of the tumor,it fully preserved the joint function,reduced the recur-rence rate.
