实验性精索静脉曲张大鼠血清抗精子抗体的动态观察

通过部分结扎大鼠左肾静脉建立精索静脉曲张模型,用酶联免疫吸附试验检测血清抗精子抗体并观察其动态变化。结果大部分动物于结扎后两月出现抗精子抗体(阳性率为68.8%)。随着时间的延长,实验组的阳性率持续升高(阳性率:25～86.2%),而对照组只出现间断阳性。两组比较具有非常显著性差异(P<0.005)。结果提示:精索静脉曲张能够导致自身抗精子抗体产生,是造成不育的又一可能机制。

Dynamic Observation on Serum Antisperm Autoantibodies Following Experimental Varicocele in Rats

Varicocele model was produced by partial ligation of left renal vein in Wistar rats,and thedynamic variation of antisperm autoantibodies(AsAb)in serum was observed by ELISA.The resultsshowed that AsAb could be detected two months after ligation(positive rate:68.8%).The positiverate kept steadily increasing in experimental group with the passage of time(positive rate rangingfrom)25% to 86.2%).At the same time,the AsAb in control group was positive occasionally.Compared with the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.005).The result suggests thatexperimental varicocele in rat can lead to the production of antisperm autoantibodies,which may beone of the mechanisms of infertility produced by varicocele.
