| 摘 要： | 目的观察活血利水法对缺血性脑水肿大鼠脑组织内水通道蛋白-1（AQP-1）和水通道蛋白-9（AQP-9）表达变化的影响。方法采用线栓法制作大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型,随机分为假手术组、模型组、活血利水方低剂量组、活血利水方高剂量组和甘露醇联合川芎嗪组,分别给予相应的药物灌胃;分别于再灌注1、3、7d 3个时间点将大鼠麻醉后采用心脏灌流内固定法取脑,用免疫组化法测定AQP-1和AQP-9表达。结果模型组各时间点AQP-1和AQP-9表达均显著升高。各药物组AQP-1和AQP-9表达均显著降低,1d时甘露醇联合川芎嗪组作用效果最佳,7d时活血利水高剂量组作用效果最佳。结论活血利水法可通过减低脑组织AQP-1和AQP-9的表达来减轻脑水肿程度,抵抗脑缺血再灌注的损伤。
