| Abstract: | The isolation of L-HyP and L-Pro from the hydrolysate solution of the bone gelatin has been reported in this paper. The method used here is the ion exchange technique. The yields of L-HyP and L-Pro are 5.28% and 3.6% respectively. According to the technique, no "three wastes" are discarded. |
