基于高频信号注入的无传感器新型DTC系统

摘    要:针对传统的直接转矩控制方法中存在的转矩脉动大、开关频率不恒定等问题,在分析永磁同步电机定子磁链坐标系中电压和磁链方程的基础上,提出了一种新型的基于空间电压矢量调制的直接转矩控制方法,并采用注入高频信号的方法来估计电机的转速和位置。通过Matlab仿真软件建立了该控制方法的仿真模型。仿真结果表明,该控制方法能有效地减小电机的磁链和转矩脉动,高频信号注入法可以准确估计出电机的转速和位置,系统具有良好的动态和静态性能。

Abstract:To solve the problems of large torque ripples and inconstant inverter switching frequency in the conventional direct torque control (DTC),a novel DTC method using space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM) is proposed based on the analysis of voltage and flux linkage equations in the stator flux reference frame.High frequency signal injection method is utilized to estimate both position and speed.This control method is modeled via the Matlab simulation software.Simulation results indicate that the new DTC method can effectively reduce flux and torque ripples and high frequency signal injection method can accurately estimate the position and speed of electric motors.This control system has the good dynamic and steady performance.
