| 摘 要： | 采用放射配体法检测128例LADA一级亲属的GAD-Ab、IA-2Ab和CPH-Ab，发现GAD-Ab和IA-2Ab的检出率与欧美高加索人及我国TIDM一级亲属接近，三种抗体联合检测可提高对LADA一级亲属筛查的敏感性。

| Abstract: | The prevalences of GAD-Ab and IA-2Ab in first-degree relatives of LADA patients were nearly close to those of T1DM first-degree relatives in European and American Caucasians and Chinese. The combined testing of GAD-Ab, IA-2Ab and CPH-Ab was superior to single antibody testing. |
