摘    要:自动无功功率分级补偿电容器的投切策略严重影响系统的无功补偿效果及开关、电容器的使用寿命。针对目前高压无功功率自动补偿控制器普遍存在轻载时容易发生投切振荡,重载时不易达到充分补偿等缺陷,提出一种改进的试投法,结合该算法设计了一种基于模糊控制的无功功率自动补偿控制器,实验仿真及现场运行表明:该控制器解决了投切振荡问题,补偿精度高,鲁棒性好。

Abstract:The switch on/off strategy of grouped automatic reactive power compensation affects the compensation effect and lifetime of switch and capacitor.In order to overcome bugs of high voltage reactive power controller which are apt to occur surge of switching on/off in low load and are not apt to get a good compensation effect in heavy load.In this paper a novel try-deliver method is proposed,and an automatic reactive power compensation controller is designed using try-deliver method based on fuzzy theory.The simulation and on-site operation of compensation show that the controller can solve the problem of surge and has better precision and robustness.
