高压开关柜的三维电磁场数值仿真

摘    要:导电触点过热是高压开关柜主要的失效模式,迫切需要低成本的实时、原位、在线触点温度监测装置作为早期失效预警系统,以确保此类高压大电流电气设备的可靠运行。设计触点温度监测装置,必须首先明确高压开关柜内的电磁场环境。以KYN28-12(Z)型高压开关柜为例,应用多物理场耦合仿真软件COMSOL Multiphysics的AC/DC模块,建立高压开关柜的三维电磁场数值仿真模型,采用准静态电磁场求解方法,计算得到了相线加载电压为12kV@50Hz的标准工况下开关柜内电磁场强度的分布:矩形铜制相线角部的电场和磁场强度最大,相线间的电场和磁场强度稍小。

Abstract:Conductive contact point overheating is the main failure mode of High-Voltage(HV) switchgear cabinet, therefore a low cost real time in-situ on-line contact point temperature monitoring system, which plays as the early failure warning system, has become very important to safeguard reliable operation of such HV devices. Before the system design, the electromagnetic environment in the cabinet must be understood well. Instanced by KYN28-12(Z) type HV switchgear, a 3-D numerical simulation model for electromagnetic field in the HV switchgear cabinet was established with AC/DC module of COMSOL Multiphysics. With the Quasi-Statics electromagnetic analytical method provided by the software, 3-D electromagnetic field distribution and its intensity in the HV switchgear cabinet were obtained under the standard working condition, i.e. 12kV@50 Hz AC voltage applied to each phase line. The 3-D electromagnetic numerical simulation result showed that at the corners of the rectangular phase line, both electric intensity and magnetic intensity reached their maximum values. It also showed that the electromagnetic intensity was lower between two phase lines.
