| 摘 要： | 培养新型的社会工作专业人才是我国现代化建设的客观需求，也是市场经济建设国际化发展的必然趋势。就我国在创办社会工作专业过程中如何坚持马克思主义的办学方向，在教学实践过程中如何加深学生对党的重大战略思想理解，在思想道德教育中如何保证社会工作专业队伍的政治素质等问题进行探讨，并针对目前社会工作办学问题中出现的问题提出自己的见解与努力方向，具有一定的现实意义。

| Abstract: | Training a new type of socialism professionals in China modernization is an objective demand of the market economy and an inevitable tend of international market economy development. This article provided some suggestion on how to adhere to the Marxist orientation of the school, how to enhance the students of the Party＇s ideological and strategic understanding of the ideological and moral education and how to ensure that the profession of social work and political quality and other issues. |
