| 摘 要： | 在日本东丽TW503纺丝机上以4500m/min的纺速生产出了超高速纺锦纶6（HOY），对其生产工艺，尤其对纺丝工艺做了介绍，得到了一些有实用价值的结果。

| Abstract: | The inveatigailon of the super high-speed spinning production production processes of PA6 was described in this paper. The results showed that the production processes of PA6 with high quality chip, spinning speed 4500 m/s, spinning temperature 265 ℃, and oil Dick-up0.9 % were proved to be satisfactory. |
