摘    要: 板形设定控制系统是整个板形自动控制系统中非常重要的一部分,决定着带钢头部板形的控制精度。笔者阐述了板形设定控制系统的功能和构成。大量的离线模拟计算降低板形设定控制系统在线编程、调试和上机运行的风险,并结合现场实际工况校核控制系统的计算精度。在线运用结果表明此控制系统具有很高的精度,带钢头部凸度和平坦度的命中率可分别提高16%和10%以上。至今该系统在鞍钢2150热带钢轧机稳定运行,并推广到国内多条热连轧线。

Abstract:Shape set control system is a very important part of the automatic shape control system, and it determines the accuracy of strip head profile and flatness. The structure and function of shape set control system are described. The venture of online programming, debugging and running of shape set control system has been reduced by plenty of offline simulation, and the accuracy of control system has been validated by measured data. The results of online application show that the control system has a high accuracy, as the hit rate of the strip head profile and flatness can be increased by 16% and 10%. Up to now, the system runs stably in Anshan Steel 2150 hot strip mill, and it has also been widely used in many domestic hot tandem rolling mills.
