| 摘 要： | 了解肺结核患者生活满意度及其影响因素。方法:采用分层整群随机抽样方法,抽取山东省三个地市的六个县区共计819名肺结核患者,利用自制调查问卷进行调查,采用SPSS16.0软件对生活满意度进行统计分析。结果:调查的819名肺结核患者目前对生活满意的比例占56.4%,一般的占35.8%,不满意的占7.8%。肺结核患者生活满意度的影响因素有家庭经济状况、对肺结核的担心程度、患病后有无隔离感、家人的态度/行为。结论:对家庭经济状况差的肺结核患者给予经济援助,尽可能消除肺结核患者的担心以及患病后的隔离感,有助于肺结核患者战胜疾病,恢复健康,提高生活满意度。
