动态称重信号采集系统设计

摘    要:目前车辆动态称重信号采集系统存在体积大、集成度低等问题,PSoC(Programmable System on Chip)内部具有丰富的数字资源和模拟资源,本文主要介绍了基于具有全速USB接口的PSoC芯片CY8C24794的车辆动态称重信号采集系统的软、硬件设计方法和实现。该系统小巧实用,便于携带,节省了USB接口芯片、AD等功能芯片,与VXI高速采集系统采集的信号相比,本系统的实验结果与VXI实验结果类似,系统很好满足了信号采集的要求。

Abstract:The vehicle dynamic weighing signal acquisition system exists bulky,low integration issues,PSoC(Programmable System on Chip) has a abundant of digital and analog resources,this article presented design of signal collection system for WIM based on PSoC chip CY8C24794 with a full-speed USB interface.The system is compact and practical,easy to carry,to save the USB interface chip,AD chip and so on,compared to the signal of high-speed acquisition system with VXI,the experimental results of this system is similar to the VXI system very well and it meets the requirements of the signal acquisition.
