摘    要:采用上流式厌氧污泥床反应器(UASB)法处理凉果废水,考察废水厌氧处理过程中COD、浊度、脱色率、pH、电导率、悬浮物去除率的变化规律。结果表明:随着厌氧时间的增加,UASB反应器对废水的处理效果不断提高。在最适宜的厌氧时间条件下,废水的COD去除率达62.0%、浊度去除率达41.1%、吸光度及脱色率分别为0.498及48.4%、pH为5.4、悬浮物去除率达30.3%。故,UASB法可作为凉果废水的预处理方式,以降低后续废水的好氧处理难度。

Abstract:The preserved fruit wastewater was treated with the upflow anaerobic sludge bed (UASB) reactor, the change rule of COD, turbidity, decoloring rate, pH, conductivity, suspended solids removal rate in wastewater anaerobic treatment process was researched. The results showed that, with the increase of anaerobic time, the treatment effect of wastewater over the UASB reactor increased. Under the most suitable condition of anaerobic time, the COD removal rate of wastewater was 62%, turbidity removal rate was 41.1%, absorbance and decoloring rate were 0.498 and 48.4%, pH=5.4, and suspended solids removal rate was 30.3%. Therefore, the UASB method can be used as a pretreatment way for preserved fruit wastewater, in order to reduce the difficulty of subsequent aerobic wastewater treatment.
