机械产品参数化优化设计方法研究与应用

Research and Application of Parametric Optimization Design Method for Mechanical Product

In order to optimize the theory of parametric optimization design,parametric ideas is applied in the design and calculation process of mechanical product,a new method of parametric optimization design is proposed,its design processes and key technologies are described in detail,and a proving system is developed taking the end girder of overhead crane as a example,the effectiveness and applicability of this method are validated.Using this method,the automatic generation and optimization of product design parameters,and the automatic generation of optimal design calculation document are achieved,the efficiency and quality of product design is improved,the design cost and manufacturing cost of product are reduced.
