航空结构的连接件内力分析探讨

摘    要:航空结构疲劳分析的难点在于计算细节疲劳额定强度(DFR)计算,而结构的细节疲劳额定强度关键在于准确地得到紧固件载荷分布,找到最危险铆钉位置及R/P值。使用解析法能得到较准确的结果,但只能对简单、规则连接件进行计算。采用有限元方法,则可以对绝大多数连接件进行模型简化,通过单元的准确模拟,精确地得到内力分布。

Abstract:In fatigue analysis of aircraft structures, the most critical work is the calculation of the Detail Fatigue Rating (DFR) value. To obtain this value, the distributed loads in all the fasteners should be accurately computed in order to locate the most critical line of fastening pieces and calculate the load percentage of these pieces. For simple and regular fasteners, the internal forces could be computed analytically. For most of the real cases, however, Finite Element Method (FEM) is the only practical way to model the fasteners, simulate the distributed internal forces.This article.
