摘    要:人工食用色素是食品添加剂的重要种类,其安全性备受社会各界关注。介绍各国允许使用的人工食用色素种类,论述不同国家及地区对人工食用色素的使用政策及态度,讨论人工食用色素的最新毒理学研究,为人工食用色素的安全使用提供重要依据。

Abstract:Artificial colors for food were important part in food additives,the safety of which was concerned by the different societies.The kinds of artificial colors for food were introduced and the policy and attitude of different countries and areas were discussed;the research reported newly on the toxicology for artificial colors was expounded,all of which would provided reference for using the artificial colors for food safely.
