替格瑞洛联合阿司匹林在急性冠脉综合征PCI术后患者中的应用

目的:分析替格瑞洛联合阿司匹林在急性冠脉综合征经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)治疗术后患者中的应用效果。方法:选择2019年1月~2019年9月某院收治的58例急性冠脉综合征PCI术后患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各29例,两组患者均给予阿司匹林肠溶片治疗,观察组在此基础上增加替格瑞洛治疗,两组均治疗30d,比较两组患者临床疗效及血小板聚集率。结果:治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,两组患者PAR均有所降低,且观察组降低幅度高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:急性冠脉综合征PCI术后患者使用替格瑞洛联合阿司匹林治疗,能够提高临床疗效,降低患者血小板聚集,减少患者术后血栓发生的风险,值得临床使用。

Application of Ticagrelor Combined with Aspirin in Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome after PCI Surgery

Objective:To analyze the effect of ticagrelor combined with aspirin in patients with acute coronary syndrome after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods:From January 2019 to September 2019,58 patients with acute coronary syndrome after PCI in a hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into 2 groups,with 29 patients in each group.Both groups were given aspirin enteric-coated tablets,and the observation group was given ticagrelor treatment on this basis.Both groups were treated for 30 days.The clinical efficacy and platelet aggregation rate of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.The PAR in both groups was reduced,and the reduction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The application of ticagrelor combined with aspirin in patients with acute coronary syndrome after PCI can improve clinical efficacy,reduce platelet aggregation,and reduce the risk of thrombosis in patients after surgery,which is worthy of clinical application.
