枕式果蔬食品包装机的设计与试验

摘    要:随着生活水平的提高,人们对果蔬的需求越来越大。对果蔬食品进行包装不仅外形精美,而且易于保鲜,目前的果蔬食品主要依靠人工包装,效率低。根据果蔬包装的工艺流程,设计了一种枕式果蔬食品包装机,能够适用于不同形状大小的果蔬食品包装。重点对送膜机构、纵封机构和横封机构进行了设计。制作样机,试验得到:包装机的包装速度为151包/min,合格品率为99.6%,稳定工作,达到了设计要求,能够满足果蔬食品包装的需要,拥有广阔的市场前景。

Abstract:With the improvement of people’s living standard,the demand for fruits and vegetables was increasing.Fruit and vegetable food packaging not only had beautiful appearance,but also preserves easily.At present,fruits and vegetables mainly rely on artificial packaging,and it was inefficient.According to the technological process of fruit and vegetable packaging,a pillow type packing machine for fruit and vegetable food has been designed,which could be applied to different shapes and sizes of fruits and vegetables food packaging.The membrane feeding mechanism,longitudinal sealing mechanism and transverse sealing mechanism are designed.The prototype was made,and the test results were as follows:the packing speed of the machine was 151 packages/min,and the qualified rate was 99.6%.It could work stably,meet the design requirements,meet the needs of fruit and vegetable food packaging,and had a broad market prospect.
