碘离子选择电极浓度直读法测定小麦中的碘含量

摘    要:利用碘离子选择电极,在H2CO3NaHCO3为总离子强度调节剂、Na2SO3为还原保护剂、双液接饱和甘汞电极为参比电极的条件下,采用浓度直读法测定小麦中碘含量。结果表明:碘离子浓度在1.0×10-2~1.0×10-6mol/L范围内线性关系良好,该方法的回收率为95.4%~105.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD)<2%,可以用于小麦中碘含量的测定。

Abstract:The iodine content in wheat was measured by with ion selective electrode concentration direct readine mode a using a mixed solution of H_2CO_3-NaHCO_3 as the total ionic strenth adjustment buffer,Na_2SO_2 as the reduction protecting agent,and double junction saturation camolel electrode as the reference electrode.The results showed that the linear range was 1.0×10 -2~1.0×10 -5 mol/L,the recovery rate was 95.4%~105.0%,the relative standard deviation was less than 2%.The method was suitable for the determination of iodine content in wheat.
