Croll法釉质微打磨和漂白对氟斑牙的疗效

目的探讨Croll釉质微打磨和漂白联合应用治疗氟斑牙的疗效。方法将患者有氟斑牙着色的上颌前牙按中线分为两组,随机采用Croll法釉质做打磨或Croll法釉质微打磨后漂白4周,通过比色板记录牙齿的颜色,并通过表格比较这两种方法对牙齿敏感和牙龈刺激程度的影响。结果 Croll釉质微打磨后漂白4周的牙齿颜色比单独Croll法釉质微打磨的牙齿颜色更白(P<0.01),这两种方法牙齿敏感和牙龈刺激程度差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 Croll法釉质微打磨与漂白联合应用治疗氟斑牙效果更好。

A Study on the Effectiveness of Croll Enamel Microabrasion and Bleaching for Dental Fluorosis

Objective To explore the effectiveress of Groll enamel microabrasion and nightguard vital bleaching for dental fluorosis.Methods The subjects' maxillary anterior teeth with fluorosis stain were divided into two groups according to tooth midline, and treated randomly with Croll enamel microabrasion or Croll enamel microabrasion followed by four-week nightguard vital bleaching. The changes of tooth color were evaluated by shade guide matching and the tooth sensitivity and the gingival stimulation were recorded. Results Croll enamel microabrasion followed by four-week nightguard vital bleaching made the teeth much lighter than Croll enamel microabrasion( P < 0.01) .There was no difference between the two methods for tooth sensitivity and gingival stimulation( P > 0.05) .Conclusion Croll enamel microabrasion followed by nightguard vital bleaching could better improve the appearance of dental fluorosis than Croll enamel microabrasion used only.
