西酞普兰改善帕金森病患者抑郁症状的临床观察

目的观察西酞普兰对帕金森病患者抑郁症状的治疗效果。方法选取深圳市龙岗区人民医院自2001年1月至2009年12月收治的54例帕金森病伴抑郁症患者随机分为观察组(西酞普兰治疗组)和对照组(安慰剂组)各27例,疗程均为8周,比较两组治疗效果。结果对照组治疗前后HAMD评分并没有明显差异(P>0.05),而观察组治疗第2周时与治疗前比较差异明显(P<0.05),在第4周、第6周、第8周与治疗前比较差异显著(P<0.01);观察组总计发生不良反应5例,占18.5%;对照组总计发生不良反应4例,占14.8%。两组比较差异不大(P>0.05)。结论西酞普兰对于改善帕金森病患者抑郁症状效果理想,且安全性较高。

Clinical Observation of Citalopram Improve Depressive Symptoms in Parkinson's Disease Patients

Objective To observe citalopram on depressive symptoms in Parkinson＇s disease treatment. Methods In Shenzhen Longgang district people＇s hospital from January 2001 - December 2009 admitted 54 patients with Parkinson＇s disease with depression were randomly divided into two groups （citalopram in the treatment group） and control group （placebo group） of the 27 eases, course of treatment was 8 weeks, compared treatment effects. Results HAMD score before and after treatment control group, no significant difference （P〉0.05）, while the effect of the therapy 2 weeks before treatment significantly different （P〈0.05）, in the first 4 weeks, 6 weeks, 8 weeks and significantly different before treatment （P〈0.01）; observation group total 5 cases of adverse reactions, accounting for 18.5%; control group a total of 4 cases of adverse reactions, accounting for 14.8%. Little difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Citalopram in improving depressive symptoms in Parkinson＇s disease results are satisfactory, and better safety.
