| 摘 要： | 针对机械产品中零部件多,参数匹配组合多样,实际工作中无法对产品参数进行快速匹配等难题,开发了一种可以实现自优化的零部件参数匹配系统。在进行零部件参数选取的时候,该系统会对数据库进行检索,得到未选定零部件的可选参数,提示操作者优先选取这些可选参数。通过不断地将产品零部件的参数匹配结果存储到数据库中,从而不断完善产品零部件参数配置规则,实现系统的自优化。实践表明,该系统很好的解决了产品的参数匹配的难题,提高了工人的工作效率。

| Abstract: | The numerous mechanical components and parts in mechanical products offer various options for parameter matching.To achieve rapid parameter matching,a self-optimizing system is developed in this paper.The system can get the available parameters for unselected parts by searching the data base and give operators instructions when parameter matching is involved.The self-optimization can be realized by collecting and storing the results of parameter matching.During this process,the parameter configuration rule can be improved.Practice indicates that this system can solve the problems in parameter matching and improve the efficiency of the operators. |
