摘    要:水冷壁管磨损是循环流化床锅炉受热面磨损中最突出的问题。采取炉膛内直接热喷涂的方法,在水冷壁管磨损区域喷涂金属耐磨涂层来提高耐磨性,是方便快捷和有效的方法。磨损状况检查、喷涂前管壁表面预处理、喷涂质量检查验收,是炉内热喷涂质量控制的关键环节。

Abstract:Wear of water-wall tube is the most prominent problem in the corrosion of circulating fluidized bed boiler heating surface. It is the convenient and effective way to improve the wear resistance by spraying metallic wear-resistant coating on water-wall tube wear area. Wear condition inspection, wall surface preparation before spraying, spraying quality inspection and acceptance is the key to quality control of thermal spraying.
