摘    要:目的观察枸杞多糖(LBP)对小鼠耐缺氧及抗疲劳能力的影响。方法 240只小鼠随机分为4组(雌雄各半):LBP高剂量组(4 g·L-1)、LBP中剂量组(2 g·L-1)、LBP低剂量组(1 g·L-1)和对照组(蒸馏水),每组60只。按每日10 mL·kg-1剂量给小鼠连续灌胃15 d,然后分别进行常压耐缺氧实验、负重游泳实验、耐寒和耐热实验,检测运动后血乳酸和血尿素氮含量。结果 LBP高剂量组和中剂量组存活时间长于对照组,LBP高、中和低剂量组游泳时间均长于对照组,差别均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。LBP低剂量组和中剂量组血乳酸水平和血尿素氮含量均低于对照组(P<0.05),LBP高剂量组血乳酸水平和血尿素氮含量均明显低于对照组(P<0.01);LBP中、高剂量组耐寒能力和耐热能力均高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论 LBP可在一定程度上提高小鼠的耐缺氧及抗疲劳能力。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of lycium barbarum polysaccharide(LBP) on ability of hypoxia and anti-fatigue in mice.Methods Two hundred and forty mice were randomly divided into four groups(even male):LBP high-dosage group(4 g·L-1),LBP middle-dosage group(2 g·L-1),LBP low-dosage group(1 g·L-1) and control group(distilled water),sixty in each group.Ten mL·kg-1 dose was given to mice per day by gavage for 15 days,and the experiment of bearing hypoxia at normal pressure,the experiment of swimming while weight-bearing and the experiment of hardy and heat-resistant were conducted,the content of blood lactic acid and urea nitrogen after exercise were detected.Results Survival time in LBP high-dosage group and middle-dosage group was significantly longer than that in control group;Swimming time in LBP high-dosage group,middle-dosage group and low-dosage group were longer than those in control group(P0.05).The blood lactic acid level and urea nitrogen content of LBP low-dosage group and middle-dosage group were lower than those in control group(P0.05),whereas,those in LBP high-dosage group were significantly lower than in control group(P0.01).Both the hardy ability and heat-resistant ability of mice in LBP high-dosage group and middle-dosage group were higher than those in control group(P0.05,P0.01).Conclusion LBP could improve ability of hypoxia and anti-fatigue in mice to some extent.
