| 摘 要： | 目的探讨分叶剜除法在双极等离子体前列腺腔内剜除中应用的价值。方法对92例需行前列腺增生手术的患者,在行双极等离子体腔内剜除术的过程中,加以应用分叶剜除法,观察手术的时间、术中并发症的出现情况。结果所有利用分叶法行前列腺腔内剜除术的患者手术均顺利完成,手术时间均控制在2h以内。有2例患者,只行单叶的剜除,拔出尿管后均不影响排尿,尿流率测定大于10ml/s。结论对于初学者而言,利用分叶剜除法行双极等离子体前列腺腔内剜除术,既可以保证手术安全及疗效,又可以缩短前列腺剜除术学习周期。
