| 摘 要： | 目的评价输尿管镜下钬激光碎石取石术治疗体外冲击碎石(ESWL)后输尿管石街的安全性及疗效。方法本组12例均为ESWL术后输尿管石街形成并梗阻患者,经保守治疗无效,采用输尿管镜下钬激光碎石取石术并留置双J管内引流。结果所有病例输尿管石街均被清除,术中无输尿管穿孔、撕裂等并发症,无中转开放手术。结论输尿管镜下钬激光碎石取石术治疗输尿管石街是一种安全、有效的治疗方法,具有损伤小、痛苦小、效果确切、恢复快等优点。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of holmium laser for the treatment of ureteral steinstrasse after extracorporeas shock wave lithotripsy.Methods Twelve cases with ureteral steinstrasse underwent ureteroscopy with holmium laser,and double J stend was placed.Results All patients were treated successfully,no severe complications such as perforation,laceration were encountered.No patient was converted to open surgery.Conclusions Holmium laser for the treatment of ureteral steinstrasse has the advanta... |
