气体钻井地层剪切应力井斜规律研究

摘    要:气体钻井时因没有围压,地层的各向异性指数变化较大,使得地层造斜率与钻井液钻井时的地层造斜率有所不同.为了更好地理解气体钻井井斜规律,利用有限元理论,建立了不同钻井方式下的岩石力学模型,在考虑不同地层倾角和不同循环介质影响的基础上进行井底岩石剪切应力计算,分析出气体钻井井斜规律.计算结果表明:在相同的工程和地质条件下,气体钻井时地层造斜力远大于钻井液钻井的几率约为35%,气体钻井更易发生井斜,而小于或等于30.地层倾角钻井时井眼轨迹偏向垂直于地层倾斜面的方向;45.地层倾角钻井时井斜趋势不明显;大于或等于60.地层倾角钻井时井眼轨迹偏向平行于地层倾斜面的方向.

Abstract:The formation build-up rate in gas drilling is different from that in mud drilling because in gas drilling there is no confining pressure and there is a large change existing in anisotropic data.
