| 摘 要： | 目的 了解深圳市大学生对艾滋病知识的知晓情况以及HIV和梅毒的感染现状.方法 采用问卷调查的方式对深圳市3所高校共3 577名大学生的艾滋病相关知识进行调查,同时采集指尖血检测HIV、梅毒抗体情况.结果 深圳市大学生艾滋病知识总体知晓率为88.62％.大学男生总体知晓率为92.09％,高于女生;医学生的总体知晓率为93.64％,高于非医学生;差异均有统计学意义(x2=43.470和6.799,P均＜0.01).HIV、梅毒抗体阳性率分别为0.17％、0.06％.结论 深圳市大学生艾滋病相关知识知晓率较低,且HIV、梅毒已在该群体中传播.

Investigation on AIDS knowledge and HIV/syphilis infection rates among college students in Shenzhen |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the awareness of AIDS knowledge and HIV/syphilis infections among college students in Shenzhen.Methods The HIV/AIDS related knowledge of 3 577 students from three colleges in Shenzhen was collected by questionnaire.The HIV and syphilis were detected according to fingertip blood collection.Results The awareness rate of AIDS knowledge among college students in Shenzhen was 88.62％.The awareness rate of male college students was 92.09％,which was higher than female college students;the awareness rate of medical students was 93.64％,which was higher than non-medical students.The differences were both statistically significant (x2=43.470 and 6.799,P both＜0.01).The positive rates of HIV antibody and syphilis antibody were 0.17％ and 0.06％ respectively.Conclusions The awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge among college students is low.HIV and syphilis have spread in this group. |
