血浆置换对重型肝炎患者的近期血细胞及球蛋白的影响分析

目的观察血浆置换(PE)治疗对重症肝炎患者近期外周血细胞及球蛋白的影响。方法对67例重症肝炎进行124次PE治疗,治疗前后即刻行外周血细胞及球蛋白的检查。结果PE治疗后患者血小板、白细胞计数、血红蛋白、球蛋白含量均有下降,恶化组与好转组比较,血小板计数明显降低,白细胞计数明显升高,2组比较有显著性差异,但血红蛋白、球蛋白2组比较无显著性差异。结论PE治疗重症肝炎有效果,但同时有不良反应,改进材料及方法可减少不良反应。

Analysis of the effect of plasma exchange on blood cell and globulin in the near future in patients with serious hepatitis

Objective It is to observe the effect of plasma exchange(PE) on peripheral blood cell and globulin in the near future in patients with serious hepatitis.Methods 67 cases of patients with serious hepatitis were treated with PE for 124 times,and peripheral blood cell and globulin were determined immediately before and after treatment.Results The counts of platelet and white blood cell and the contents of hemoglobin and globulin were all decreased.Compared with improving group,the count of platelet was obviously lower and that of white blood cells was higher in aggravating group.The difference was significant.But there was no significant difference in hemoglobin and globulin between the two groups.Conclusion PE has a active effect on serious hepatitis with some side effect which can be decreased by improving the materials and method.
