针刺配合语言训练治疗运动性失语症临床研究

介绍运动性失语症症状、恢复机理以及针灸、语言训练治疗失语症的方法，对比分析针灸配合语言训练与单纯语言训练疗效，观察治疗前后患者失语症评分、失语严重程度的变化，结果显示两组治疗均能改善运动性失语症患者言语功能，但前者疗效更佳。针灸和语言疗法相结合治疗失语症，既弥补了传统康复的不足，又是对现代康复的有益补充，并且安全、有效、副作用小。

Clinical Study of Motor Aphasia Treated by Acupuncture Combined with Language Training

The Symptoms.recowery mechanism and methods of training motor aphasia with acupuncture.speech rehabilitation training were introduced. Then compared the efficacy of acupuncture with speech therapy and single speech therapy by case analysis and observed the aphasia score and the aphasia severity classification of pre - and post - treatment. The result showed the speech ability of both two groups patient was improved, however, the former was superior. The treatment of motor aphasia combined acupuncture speech therapy, not only make up for the lack of traditional rehabilitation, but also is a useful complement to modern rehabilitation. It＇s safe.effective.little side effect and bring more hope to aphasia patients.
