摘    要:沙84井四开井段钻遇复杂地层,钻井周期长,多次起下钻,造成技术套管磨损.由于五开井段钻井液密度一次降低幅度过大,导致技术套管破损.经过磨铣,建立了通径,通过回接一段φ177.8mm套管,封隔了技术套管破损井段,保证了五开钻井作业的顺利完成.

Abstract:The complex formations were drilled during the fourth spudding in Sha 84 Well, which resulted in long drilling cycle, multiple trips, and therefore casing abrasion. Because the mud density was reduced too much when drilling the fifth spudding wellbore at one time, the intermediate casing was weared out. The drift diameter was enlarged by milling, and a 177. 8mm casing was connected back to the surface, which sealed off the damaged casing and assured the successful fifth spudding.
