摘    要:研究了液固两相区压缩变形对SiCw/6061Al复合材料组织和性能的影响。结果表明,压缩变形速率对变表后复合材料中晶须长径比、取向,复合材料组织的均匀性和界面结合状态均有不同程度的影响,进而又影响到复合材料的性能。通过分析复合材料高温大变形后的组织和性能确定了复合材料最佳压缩变形工艺。

Abstract:Effects of compression deformation strain rates at temperature in the solidliquid twophase region on the microstructure and properties of SiCw/6061Al composites were investigated It is found that the aspect ratio and orientation of whisker ,uniform of composites,interfacial bonding is affected more or less by compression deformation strain rates The properties of composites are affected by the changes of composite microstructure The changes of composite properties after large deformation what took place at high temperature are the most important index for evaluating high temperature plastic forming The best deformation parameter is determined by analyzing the microstructure and the properties of composites
