ERP系统集中部署模式下的历史数据迁移方案研究

为促进业务共享融合与集约管控,国家电网公司已全面开展ERP集中部署研究工作,并启动试点实施工作。为保证ERP系统集中部署后历史数据的可用性,需对试点单位ERP系统技术信息进行收集与分析,并按照总部统一数据清理策略进行历史数据的整理与迁移。文章通过综合分析系统业务现状与技术现状,设计了数据迁移范围确认模版与数据转换的典型场景,充分验证历史数据迁移工具的有效性,最终设计出了试点单位ERP系统历史数据迁移转换至集中部署系统的整体迁移方案。文章提出的方案对于历史数据迁移工作起到了一定的参考与借鉴作用,使得系统内历史数据的价值得到了充分利用。

Research on Historical Data Migration for ERP Centralized Deployment

To promote business integration and intensive management, State Grid Corporation of China （SGCC） has launched a comprehensive ERP centralized deployment research work, and launched the pilot implementation. To ensure the availability of historical data of ERP system after centralized deployment, we need to collect and analyze the experimental information, and take the compilation and migration following the unified cleansing strategy of historical data. Through analyzing the present status of technology and business, we design data migration typical scenario templates and data conversion templates, to verify the validity of historical data migration tool. Finally, the whole migration scheme for historical data migrated to ERP centralized system is designed. The proposed scheme can be reference for historical data migration and the historical data value has been fully used.
