基于单片机的步进电机控制系统设计与实现

摘    要:介绍了一种采用AT89C51单片机控制步进电机的实用电路。详细介绍了系统的键盘输入和LED显示电路、控制电路、信号隔离、放大驱动电路以及相应的系统程序流程图。该系统可应用于多种步进电机控制的场合。实验结果表明,系统可以稳定可靠地实现对步进电机的控制,性能优于传统的步进电机控制器。

Abstract:It described the control circuits of microcontroller AT89C51 used in stepping motor.These included the keyboard input and LED display circuit,control circuit,magnifying and driving circuit and the corresponding program flow drawing.The system can be applied in many stepping motor control regions.The experiment showed that the system can be used stably and reliably in control stepping motor and its performance is superior to conventional stepping motor controller.
