临床护理路径在断指再植患者护理中的应用

目的探讨临床护理路径(clinical nursing pathway,CNP)在断指再植患者中的应用效果。方法选择2009年3月至2012年4月在解放军第309医院骨科行断指再植术的患者130例(共148指),将2010年11月至2012年4月收治的66例患者(75指)作为观察组,实施CNP,将2009年3月至2010年10月收治的64例患者(73指)作为对照组,采用常规护理方法,比较两组患者的住院时间、医疗费用及满意度等。结果观察组患者的再植指成活率高于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,医疗费用少于对照组,患者满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P0.05);观察组和对照组分别有1例和6例患者发生血管危象,经比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论应用CNP对断指再植患者进行护理,有利于减少患者的医疗费用,缩短住院时间,提高患者满意度,值得在临床推广应用。

Application of Clinical Nursing Pathway in Patients with Replantation of Amputated Finger

Objective To explore the effects of clinical nursing pathway （CNP） applied in the patients with replantation of amputated finger. Methods A total of 130 cases with amputated finger replantation were recruited and divided into control group （n=64） and observational group （n=66） according to the admis- sion time, patients in the control group were given routine nursing, while patients in the observational group were given clinical nursing path. The average hospitalization days, cost of hospitalization and service satisfaction were compared and analyzed between the two groups. Results In observation group, the aver- age hospitalization days and the average costs were significantly lower than which in the control group, and health care satisfaction was significantly higher than which in control group（P〈0.05）, there was 1 patient had blood vessel crisis in observational group and 6 patients in contral group（P〈0.05） . Conclusion Clini- cal nursing pathway for patients with replantation of nursing can decrease the cost of hospitalization, shorten hospitalization time, improve patient health consciousness and medical service satisfaction, and it worth to promote in clinical nursing.
