| 摘 要： | 目的：调查我院外科抗菌药物应用情况,评价我院外科住院患者应用抗菌药物的合理性,提高我院整体用药水平。方法：抽取我院2009年3月出院的外科病历798例,对其中应用抗菌药物、行手术治疗的病历共548份进行统计分析。结果：798份病历中546份病历在住院期间应用了抗菌药物,抗菌药物使用率达68.42%。抗菌药物预防感染的使用率达99.51%,预防性应用抗菌药物时间：术前0.5~2 h应用占27.38%,术后应用占34.96%,术前应用占35.45%,术中应用占1.71%。结论：我院外科存在抗菌药物应用不合理现象,医院应加强管理,从而提高我院整体用药水平,保证患者用药安全、有效、经济。
