轴承压装机压装过程自动控制的实现

摘    要:简要介绍了用工控机控制轴承压装机的方法和在Windows 98系统下用Visual Basic进行软件实现的基本做法。重点阐述了用Visual C 编写高精度时间控件,满足控制精度需要的方法。运用工控机控制,克服了以往传统手动控制压装方法压装力难以控制,压装数据难以储存,压装数据难以进一步处理,难以打印报表等缺点,提高了压装效率。

Abstract:In this paper, the methodology of controlling bearing push mounting machine by IPC is presented. Based on this method, the authors show the method for programming with Visual Basic under Windows 98 OS, and creating a high accuracy timer control with Visual C++ to meet the needs of the high performance control system. With the new control method, it is now much easier to control the push force, handle the data, and print the report form than the traditional manual control method. Also, work efficiency is improved.
