无机全固态电致变色器件研究进展

摘    要:电致变色是一种在外加电场下材料光学属性可变的现象。本文围绕全固态电致变色器件,阐述了器件中每一层的结构、可选材料、性能等,并根据全固态电致变色器件近期的研究进展,总结了两种全固态器件的典型结构,详细介绍了两类器件结构的结构特点、制备方法和电致变色性能,并展望了未来全固态电致变色器件的发展方向。

Abstract:The optical properties of electrochromic materials can be reversibly changed by the insertion/extraction of ions and electrons depending on the applied external potential. In this paper, based on all-solid-state electrochromic devices (ECDs), the concept, function, and optional materials of each layer of the devices are introduced. According to the recent progress, two kinds of all-solid-state ECDs are summarized, and the structure characteristics, preparation methods, and electrochromic properties are introduced in detail. Finally, the development direction of all-solid-state ECDs in the future is prospected.
