摘    要:采用自制引发剂,通过水溶液聚合制备了淀粉(St)、丙烯酰胺(AM)接枝共聚物。并以此为原材料进行羟甲基化反应,再与二氰二胺缩合脱水,制备出了阳离子淀粉接枝絮凝剂。羟甲基化反应最佳反应条件为:温度θ=50℃;pH=10;n(HCHO)∶n(St-AM)=1.1∶1.0;t=2 h;与二氰二胺缩合脱水的最佳反应条件:羟甲基化接枝物与二氰二胺的摩尔比为1∶1;pH=4;t=3 h;温度θ=45℃。产品特性黏数为1 023 mL/g,阳离子化度为50%。

Abstract:The graft copolymer from starch and acrylamide was prepared by solution polymerization reaction with self-made initiator.Then the cationic starch graft flocculant was prepared by hydroxymethyl reaction followed by condensation-dehydration reaction with cyanide diamine.The optimal conditions for hydroxymethyl reaction were: θ=50 ℃,pH=10,n(HCHO)∶n(St-AM)=1.1∶1,t=2 h;and the optimal conditions for condensation-dehydration reaction were: the reactant proportion was {1∶1}(mol),pH=4,θ=45 ℃,t=3 h.The specific viscosity of the product was 1 023 mL/g and the cation degree was 50%.
