钢-混凝土连续组合梁受力性能的有限元分析

摘    要:为了分析钢-混凝土连续组合梁混凝土翼板的厚度、钢梁翼缘厚度、腹板高度和厚度等参数的变化对梁的应力和挠度的影响,利用ANSYS有限元软件,对两跨连续组合梁进行非线性瞬态分析,将计算结果和实测结果进行比较,验证了该模型的有效性。通过变换组合梁混凝土翼板的厚度,钢梁翼缘的厚度,腹板的厚度和高度,分析得出对梁的应力和挠度的影响强弱依次为:混凝土板厚,腹板高度,钢梁上下翼缘的厚度,腹板的厚度。

Abstract:A two-span continuous composite beam model was set up using ANSYS in order to analyze the effects of changes in concrete flange plate thickness,flange thickness of steel beam,web height and thickness etc of a steel-concrete beam on the stress and deflection of the composite beam.A nonlinear transient analysis was conducted and a comparison of the calculated results to the measured ones was also carried out,which verified the validity of the model.The order of the effects(from stronger one to the weaker one)on the stress and deflection of the beam was obtained by changing the above-mentioned parameters:concrete flange plate thickness,web height,thickness of steel beam flanges,web thickness.
