| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了采用五种不同形态的导管①SIM1管,②SIM2管,③RH管,④H1管,⑤多功能管。根据腹腔动脉、肝动脉不同走形运用四种不同方法行肝动脉超选择插管,成功率达90％。文章还指出提高超选成功率需注意的几个关键问题。

| Abstract: | The paper introduced experience about superselectic catheterization of hepatic artery using five different kinds of catherters according to different courses of celiac artery. Success rate was 90%. The several essential factors were pointed out for improving success rate of superselectic catheterization. |
