HB—EGF、C—erbB一2在卵巢癌组织中的表达及意义

目的：探讨肝素结合样表皮生长因子（HB-EGF）、C-erbB-2癌基因在卵巢癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法：选取2010年1月～2012年12月间于我院因卵巢肿瘤行手术治疗的患者60例，其中良性卵巢瘤、交界性卵巢瘤、上皮性卵巢癌各20例，取卵巢组织，采用组织流式细胞术检测卵巢组织中HB—EGF、C～erbB～2的表达情况。结果：HB-EGF、C—erbB一2在卵巢癌组织中阳性细胞率显著高于良性卵巢瘤，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），且两种因子在卵巢癌Ⅲ～Ⅳ期组织中表达高于I～1I期（P〈0．05）。结论：HB—EGF、C-erbB一2检测可作为卵巢良恶性肿瘤鉴别诊断的辅助指标，且与卵巢癌病情严重程度呈正相关，二者联合检测可更准确反映卵巢癌病情。

Expression and significance of HB-EGF,C-erbB-2 in ovarian cancer tissue

Objective： To investigate the expression and clinical significance of HB-EGF and C- erbB-2 cancer gene in ovarian cancer tissue. Methods： A total of 60 patients with ovarian tumor admitted from January 2010 to December 2012 were selected, including ovarian tumor, benign ovarian tumors, epi- thelial ovarian cancer, with 20 cases in each tissue type. HB-EGF, C-erbB-2 expression was detected in o- varian tissue using flow cytometry. Results： The rates of positive cells HB-EGF, C-erbB-2 in ovarian canc- er tissues were significantly higher than that in benign ovarian tumor （P〈0. 05）, and two factors ex- pressed in ovarian cancer ]I -IV phase was higher significantly than I -11 （P〈0.05）. Conclusions： HB- EGF and C-erbB-2 tests can be used as auxiliary indexes in the differential diagnosis of benign and malig- nant ovary tumor, and are positively correlated with illness severity of ovarian cancer. The joint detection can reflect the ovarian cancer with higher accuracy.
