生物菌肥对水稻种子发芽的效应研究

摘    要:目的]了解生物菌肥不同浓度和使用方法对水稻种子发芽的影响.方法]通过室内平板培养法研究了生物菌肥不同浓度浸种、拌种处理对芦苇杂交稻种子发芽、幼苗生长的影响.结果]生物菌肥浸种可促进水稻种子发芽,使水稻幼苗的根长和苗高分别增加了3.43%~14.18%和14.70%~18.86%,同时可促进幼苗叶片叶绿素含量的积累,增加水稻幼苗干鲜重.1∶25~1∶100各浓度生物菌肥对水稻的促进效果相差不大,生物菌肥拌种的效果最显著,且与生物菌肥浸种处理差异显著.结论]在水稻育苗阶段使用“中合牌”生物菌肥可促进芦苇杂交稻的发芽,提高幼苗秧苗质量.

Abstract: Objective] The aim was to understand the effect of biological bacterium manure on the germination of rice seed. L Method JEffects of seed soaking and dressing with biological bacterium manure (ZH-BBM)on seed germination and seedling growth of rice were studiedby using plate culture method. Result ] Compared with control treatment, the root length and seedling height of rice were respectively in-creased by 3.43% - 14.18% and 14.70% - 18.86% under different soaking treatments of biological bacterium manure. Meanwhile the chlo-rophyll content of rice leaves was enhanced, and the dry and fresh weight of rice seedlings was increased. However, the effects of dressing withZH-BBM were more remarkable than the control and soaking treatments. Conclusion ] Using "Zhonghepai" biological bacterium manure atthe seedling stage of rice can promote the seed germination and improve the seedling quality.
