| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨桥脑血肿的诊断及外科手术原则。方法：对本院神经外科1993-1999年进行手术的7例桥脑血肿患者临床资料进行回顾性研究。结果：7例患者中术后死亡1例，6例症状均有不同程度的改善，复查CT或MRI，血肿消失，桥脑形态明显改善，结论：桥脐血肿直径大于2.0cm者应首选手术清除血肿，手术是安全的，或MRI，血肿消失，桥脑形态明显改善。结论：桥脑血肿直径大于2.0cm者应首选手术清除血肿，手术是安全的。

| Abstract: | Objective: To ivestigate the diagnosis and surgical management of pons hematoma. Methods: From 1993 to 1999, clinical studies of 7 cases with pons hematoma were reviewed retrospectively. Results: The 7 cases were treated by surgical operation. One case died after operation,and 6 cases had symptomatic improvement respectively.By CT and MRI,the pons hematoma disappeared and the tissue structure of pons brain was well. Conclusion: The pons hematoma of more than 2 cm diameter should be firstly chosen by surgical intervention. The results of surgical treatment in patients with pons hematoma are good. |
