基于模块化设计的液冷源系统

摘    要:研究了液冷源系统的模块化设计方法,给出了液冷源系统一级模块和二级模块的设计思路。其中,一级模块为单个液冷源设备,通过分流系统串并联来构成不同散热能力的大型液冷源系统;二级模块为供液、散热及电气控制模块。通过一二级模块的不同组合与搭配就可实现用户所要求的不同功能,从而达到降低成本,缩短制造周期,提高可靠性的目的。

Abstract:The paper presents modulated design methodology of a kind of chiller system,and the design conception of two level module.The first level includes single liquid chiller which can be assembled to a huge liquid chiller system in parallel connection or series.The second level module includes sub-system such as radiator,electric control,etc.It is formed different configurations chiller system by combination of first and second level modules,thereby it can dramatically decrease the cost and manufacture circulation,and the relubiliey is also be improved.
