摘    要:机床位移状态是保障加工效率与加工精度的重要指标.实现多机床位移状态远程实时监测,对充分发挥机床效能、实现车间集成化管理具有重要的理论意义与实际价值.在系统功能分析基础上,采用虚拟仪器技术,开发了机床位移状态远程监测系统,在保障原有数控系统正常运行的同时,实现机床位移状态数据的实时采集、显示、存储及远程高速传输,为开发多路、多物理量的切削加工监测系统,研究基于网络的切削加工技术提供依据.

Abstract:The displacement state of numerical control machine tool is an important index ensuring processing efficiency and processing precision,displacement real-time remote monitoring for machine tools has an important theoretical significance and practical value both in improving the efficiency of machine tools fully and in realizing integration management.Based on analysis of function,displacement remote monitoring system is developed for machine tools adopting virtual instrument technique.This system can acquire and show and save and transmit displacement data very quickly while it can guarantee primary numerical control systems run naturally,which provides foundation for developing of multi-channel and multi-physical parameter monitoring system of cutting processing to research cutting processing technology based on network.
