废旧锌锰电池中锰的回收方法研究

摘    要:比较了国内废旧锌锰电池中锰的回收处理技术,给出了各种回收处理技术的优缺点;在此基础上提出了以草酸为还原剂,还原废旧锌锰电池中锰的化合物从而回收废旧锌锰电池中锰的新技术.研究结果表明:新技术既能减少废电池对环境的污染,又能实现废电池的资源化利用,金属锰的回收率可迭96%以上.

Abstract:In this paper,some handing techniques of recovering and reusing the waste Zn/Mn battery are analyzed,and their merits and demerits of different handing technology are given.A new recycling way of waste Zn/Mn battery is proposed.It is shown that the new method not only reduces pollution,but also gets the uses of waste Zn/Mn battery,and MnSO_4 can be recovered from the waste battery.The recovery rates reach above 96%.
